Working in the Logistic Account Team at the Regional Distribution Center, largest distribution center for Consumer Electronics.
Responsible for continuous improvement to increase customer satisfaction based on logistical questions and complaints for several sales organizations and Local Distribution Centers throughout Europe, i.e. Italy, Baltics, Germany, Nordic countries, Switzerland, Benelux.
• Business Analyst
Working as a business analyst supporting the management of the Regional Distribution Center. Calculations of transportation costs and cost reduction suggestions to management, audits within the distribution center, all kinds of improvements/projects concerning inbound, warehouse management, outbound and quality.
