Maximizing the leverage for X, so the organization can benefit from economies of scale in Non-Product Related spend management, while ensuring quality. Driving demand side projects geared to address and reduce total costs. Bringing innovations (from the supply market) to the business. Focus on General Staffing/time Hire, Engineering and Embedded Software Services.
Spend responsibility suppliers: approx. € 80 Mln
Tasks:
- defining and describing parts of the commodity strategy, anticipating on the needs and requirements of the demand side;
- initiating, developing, improving, strategic sourcing plans where needed;
- developing and ensuring execution of the end-to-end purchasing process;
- optimizing supply base in respective sites, by driving the PGP strategy to do more with less;
- developing supplier partnership(s) at regional/global level;
- driving improvement of the capabilities of the supplier through sharing knowledge, processes and tools;
- spend responsibility suppliers: approx. € 80 Mln
Achievements:
- individual and team (3) saving contribution € 4.000.000;
- supplier reduction / selection preferred and commercial suppliers;
- as project leader responsible for implementation of TCO project on Time Hire at Healthcare Best;
- as project leader responsible for implementation of a Master Vendor Ship on temporary labour.

2008 – 2008 Recruitment manager
Create and execute the policy for recruitment of permanent staff for SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Business Intelligence professionals on a medior and senior level.
Tasks:
- contract management and operational responsible for the contacts between the organisation and the recruitment partners (30);
- formulate terms and conditions for recruitment of permanent staff;
- headhunting
- reporting to the c-level
- support the Service Line Managers in fulfilling their recruitment needs.

2006 - 2007 Senior consultant.
Recruitment for corporate organisations of ICT staff with a bachelor or master degree. Mainly recruitment of ERP professionals and professionals with a background in Business Intelligence, Microsoft and Oracle environments.
Achievements: over performed on expectations and target by more than 40%.

2001 - 2005 Account manager.
Recruitment and coaching of ICT professionals and fulfilment of the needs for temporary labour for large accounts and the government market. Also responsible for contracting/purchasing extarnal labour on a time hire basis.
Achievements:
- grew an account from 5 to 25 placements.

Sales of the total package of ICT products within the top-500 company market place in The Netherlands. Responsible for purchasing of large volumes of computer equipment and printers.
As a senior account manager I was international responsible fot two accounts. For both companies I executed large international logistical projects.
Achievements:
- new business development at customers with annual turnover of € 8.500.000,00

1992 -1995 Account manager
Sales of networking and mobile solutions as well as general office ICT solution. Mainly in SMB en Large Account environment. Responsible for purchasing of large volumes of network infrastructure, computer equipment and printers.

1990 - 1992 During this turbulent period within the ICT market place I worked with several ICT resellers. In that period I gained a lot of experience in “hard selling”. This was an intense and informative periode of my career.
