2007 - Senior Category Manager. Most important goals are to give new impulses to the purchase of the garden department, to the commercial dynamic and implementing a supplier strategy gor the coming 5 years.
- Structuring the supplier market (manufacturers) in order to understand, the cost of the product,
the cost of logistics, and the most efficient way to get the product to the stores.
- Preparing international negociatings (Europe, Far East) in order to make profit all Business-Units of the Adeo Groupe of the purchasing conditions.
2003 -2006 : Senior Product Manager for the Garden and Tool Departments.
Key team member in the succesful start up of LM Russia. Reporting to the Director of Purchasing :
-Analyzing the market and implementing the range.
-Negotiations with the key strategic suppliers (until today +/- 100 suppliers for Purchase value of +/- 40-50 million euros)
-Training and development of the Russian staff (junior product managers / assistants (2) store department managers (4) / store shelf managers (6) / sales people (50)).
-Merchandising of products on the shelves. Promotional programs.
-Initiating and developing commercial relations.
-Participating in international negotiations with suppliers, and in international LM synergies.
Major achievement : Structuring the supplier- consumer market in a developing nation with large potential.
2001- 2003 : Product Manager Garden Department.
Buyer and marketing manager with a budget of +/- 20 million euros :
-Implementing the new range of products.
-Improving the purchasing conditions with the suppliers and improving the profitability of the department.
Major achievement : Increasing turnover by 20% for the Garden Department.
1999-2001 : Product Manager / Retail Manager for.
Monceau Fleurs is the biggest retailer in the flower business. Establishing their franchise-formula :
-Responsible for the buying office of the franchisers.
-Responsible for the franchise formula.
1995 – 1999 : Purchase Manager
Regional Manager for 10 outlets.
