Expert in Trim Commodity: Plastic Extrusions – Sourcing of all plastic extruded parts within agreed quality, timing and cost targets;
Develop Purchasing Strategy to ensure JCI plants are supported by best-in-class;
Suppliers – preference to Low Cost Countries (LCC);
Support of objective Make versus Buy decisions on Cut and Sew programs;
Rationalize the supply base (supplier reduction);
Program management through early involvement in Development process, active;
Interface with – and support for Engineering Development teams;
Program Buyer for our 2 Romanian Trim plants (Mioveni & Ploiesti);
Act as Purchasing Business Unit voice.

1997 - 2003: Control Co-ordinator
- Budget follow up on all Accessory Services Programs
- Create Database for better reporting
- Management support for Financial Status and Timing & Planning Status of ongoing European Accessory Programs

Program Controller:
- Prepare, Monitor Program, Project and individual Product timing plans.
- Status and tracking co-ordination of overall Accessories Engineering Program.
- Track and Advise on all related activities (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Purchase, Procurement)- when applicable.
- Prepare Risk Assessements and report (with Principal Engineer)
- Liaise with Mazda Team within MSX.
- Prepare and Present Status Reports to all related Parties.
- Present Program Status, Recovery Plans, Program progress, Lessons Learned to the Customer.

Senior Buyer:
- Review and update existing range of Local Spare Parts and Accessories for
- Mazda Motors Europe with respect to packaging, costs, performance etc.
- Co-ordinate specification requirements with Mazda Japan – Mazda Europe – Ford Europe
- Establish and implement possible purchasing synergies between Mazda and Ford
- Mazda champion for all Spare Parts Pan Brand (Ford / Jaguar / Volvo / Landrover / Mazda) Activities
- Prepare business plans for Cost Savings on Mazda Spare Parts
- Support Purchase integration of Parts into Ford, liaise with Ford & Mazda.

1993-1997: Accounts Payable Co-ordinator
Daily contact with foreign Ford suppliers.
