Realized annualized raw material cost savings of 16%. Audited key European suppliers’ facilities as part of company’s ISO 9001 vendor qualification process.
Established validation methods using statistical methods to verify quality standards of medical packaging that supplier subsequently adopted.
Validated production process of new on-line packaging and printing equipment.
Established and managed new silicone foley catheter production lines that now employ 80 people to supply leading European medical device.
Led team of engineering, production and quality assurance departments to deliver product ahead of schedule.
Successfully introduced new technologies and proposed technical design changes that improved catheter performance and enhanced profitability.
Maintained on-going communication with key customers’ marketing, production and quality assurance personnel to ensure on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for maintaining inventory levels and selecting optimal packaging materials for both sterile medical products and consumer products.

1984 - 1992: Manager of Date Grove
Managed eight person staff in growing export quality dates.
Successfully managed this profitable business based on efficient use of labor, technical agricultural know-how and mechanical skills to safely operate heavy equipment.
