The job is on Senior Buyer Level and performed on a global base including JointVentures in all continents covering all technologies. Almost all items are done in multiskilled and multicultural project teams often in a remote way
Main focus and responsibility areas:
· Sourcing Strategies fitting with the business processes and aligned/agreed by the stakeholders
· Supplier Strategies and strategic and operational supplier management
· Quality Systems: Supplier Ratings, Supplier Audits (TS, ISO) and Sustainability Audits in Asia (incl China), Europe and US
· Global Contracting and negotiations
· Cost management on strategic, tactical and operational level
· Cost and Operational Savings and Efficiencies
· Local Operational Support where required and appropriate

Managing and leading a team of 50 professionals ranging from technician level up to PhD level in a R&D and manufacturing environment
Technology: 0.14-0.5 µm, iline & DUV, stepper&scanner technologies
Responsibilities: * Production ramp-up’s and extentions
* Process development and improvements
* Cost & budget control
* Contacts/negotiations with equipment & materialsuppliers

· Managing 20 professionals from technical up to PhD level in a R&D and manufacturing environment
· Also responsible for metrology and yield improvements
· Involved actively in QS9000, ISO90* audits wrt SPC, continious improvements, supplier relationships and deployment processes.
