Responsible for procurement strategy and the operational purchasing, expediting, inspection and logistics required for this project.
In addition as Project Procurement Manager, responsible for the procurement team consisting of Buyers, Expediters and Inspectors.
The Project is a Gas-plant that is being build in Lybia. The procurement expenditure on this project was approx. 40 Mln. EUR.

2001 – 2002: Project Procurement Coordinator
Project, Durban, South Africa
Responsible for the operational purchasing, expediting, inspection and logistics required for this project including managing the procurement team.The Project was to build for the client SHELL/BP for the current refinery a new SRU-unit due to new environment regulations. The procurement expenditure on this project was approx. 8 Mln. EUR.

2000 – 2001: Project Buyer
Development Project, Algeria
Project buyer areas: Civil and PipingThe Project was to build a new Gas-plant in Algeria. The procurement expenditure on this project for civil and piping was between 15 – 25 Mln. EUR.

1999 – 2000: Sector Manager of the Packaging Materials
Responsible for the areas UK, Germany, Belgium, Norway, The Netherlands and part of France for the procurement strategy and procurement of the packaging materials. With an annual expenditure of 60 Mln. EUR.
In addition as Sector Manager, responsible for maintaining a proficient Sector Team consisting of Local Buyers, Production Managers and Packaging Experts.
