• Contribute to the mission of the Program Management Center of Excellence in optimizing business processes (BPO)
• Drive Solution Initiatives and process improvements acting as advisor and project manager.
• Contribute to improving the business unit P&L through standardization and automating solutions/reporting/processes
• Supports the deployment of methodologies, governance and standards.
• Define business requirements for a cross-department management information system. Set-up, develop and maintain the MIS.
• Manage relationships with service / application suppliers – monitor provider performance and ensure that agreed service levels are being met.
• Support the Program Management/ Account teams in pursue of new business initiatives/wins.
• In conjunction with the Center of Excellence Lead, determine the Team’s organizational structure, roles, critical success factors and goals
• Contribute to the effective communication structure in place i.e. weekly / monthly team meetings.
• Act as knowledge center for the Program Management department
October 2005 – June 2007 Program Coordinator (Logistics).
• Identify and manage the necessary cross-functional resources to successfully manage a customer solution.
• Collate and consolidate performance metrics from all cross-functional partners for presentation to the customer.
• Develop integrated reporting platform for performance calculation and for operational matter.
• Provide guidance and support to billing department.
• Act as single point of contact for the customer in all matter.
• Contribute to IT projects: during development phase, during functional and user acceptance testing and provide support and analysis from business point of view.
• Ensure synchronization between DHL’s commercial commitments to the customer and DHL’s operational capabilities to achieve agreed service performance commitments.
• Mentor/coach After Sales Performance analyst in day-to-day operation and management on their accounts and provide ad hoc support whenever needed.
• Manage and contribute to review meetings and/or conference calls to review delivered performance metrics and initiate the development and drive the implementation of service improvement or cost reduction initiatives to meet or exceed the performance targets as agreed with the customer
January 2005 – September 2005 Performance Analyst (Logistics).
• Maintain and improve the customer service levels by analyzing trends and proposing corrective actions.
• Report on KPI performance both internally as externally and provide ad hoc analysis to management and internal customers.
• Identify areas where infrastructure or capital improvements can be made.
• Document processes and initiate improvements to the business model.
• Work with internal departments and external service providers to improve the service to the customer.
• Follow-up of day-to-day issues and escalations from customer and operations teams.
• Act as first point of contact for the customer in operational matter.
January 2001 – July 2004 Logistics/Project employee (Automotive).
Here my role and responsibilities were:
• generate regular short-term and long-term call-off schedules
• coordination of transport as well as follow-up of incoming deliveries on a daily basis
• structure en standardize processes within the logistics department as well as across different departments
• follow-up on engineering-changes and corresponding communication (internal and external)
• implementation of a completely new ERP-package. (coordination, concept, planning, training…)
• maintenance of the existing ERP-package
• launch of new car models (getting in contact with suppliers, design of BOM, updating ERP-package ,…)
October 1999 – October 2000 Logistics employee.
Operating within the business of surface-treating of plastics and metals.
Here I was responsible for controlling the replenishment of consignment goods for major automotive companies.
A brief overview of my roles and responsibilities:
• Analysis of long and short term forecast schedules coming from several customers.
• Requirement planning and management of minimum stock levels.
• Coordination of transport as well as daily follow-up on corresponding inbound.
• Follow-up on price agreements with regards to consignment goods.
