- Lead international multi-disciplined projectteams, introducing new softdrinks, packaging innovations.
- Learn the job-headlines of each involved discipline from a helicopterview.
- Build up strong relationships winthin te European CCE Operations Organization and tollfillers.
- Create clearity in projecttimings and feasibility processes for local Management, adjust Business Planning scheduling.
Best achievement:
• The NIM-Mngr did not exist in 2001. In May 2007 I had created international seniority for this “spider in the web/department-independent” projectleader.
• The introduction of Coca-Cola Zero.
• Created awareness between Sales&Marketing and Operations as Projectlead for an internal project called “ Refreshed Operations”.
• Operational Introduction of NRPET-bottle in Dutch market.

- Set up a new Purchase department, responsible for puchasing Merchandise, P.O.S.-materials, printed matters.
- Introduce “Quarter”-thinking within Marketing&Sales, and adjust internal plans to Asian leadtimes.
- Create internal catalogue for below the line merchandise

• Succesfully took over the the procurement role from advertising agencies.
• Set up a succesful department that still stands today.
• Created more succesfull merchandise materials (value for money).
