Begin 2009 – heden Projectleider Railinfra (energievoorziening, bovenleiding).
Taken: vorm geven aan en sturen van het projectteam, opstellen van planningen (contract-, uitvoerings- & risicoplanning), verantwoordelijk voor projectinkopen ( materiaal, materieel, onderaannemers), nauwe contacten onderhouden met opdrachtgevers. Financieel verantwoordelijk voor het projectresultaat, opstellen meer/minderwerk, afwijkingen, indienen voorstellen tot wijzigingen.
Verantwoordelijkheden: Voor het gehele project, zowel projectteam, uitvoering, inkopen en contacten met opdrachtgevers en toeleveranciers.

2008- 2009 Manager Procurement Gasturbines.
Tasks: Developing strategic & technical purchasing portfolio (Kraljic)
Tactical/ operational responsibilities, international sourcing, negociating, responsible for the total supply chain. Homebase Hengelo as well Stavanger Norway.
Responsibilities: Total supply chain of components for the high tech gasturbine, two project buyers.
Experience: SAP

2007 Projectmanager for a new company zzp.
Tasks: As project contracted to help a new importing company ( environmental friendly electric scooters) , designing and implementing a businessplan..
Responsabilities: Total business concept
Experience: European type approval

2006-2007 Strategic buyer zzp.
Tasks: As project contracted to restructure the purchase dept. of a subcontractor who manufactures PCB’s, internally as well as externally, e.g. designing a stragic plan for selecting and qualifying suppliers of electronic components according to kraljicmatrix. Making contracts, reducing stock(-value).
Responsibilities: Total supply chain.
Experience: supplying market of electronic components.

2004 – 2006 Running my own company.
Tasks: Engineering, designing and selling conversion kits for dieselengines. (running dieselengines on vegetable oil.)
Responsibilities: Running all things related to a company
Experience: Legislation about environmental devices
(Ended because the government ended indirect Financial support regarding taxes on vegetable fuel)

1996 – 2004 Running my own company.
Tasks: Engineering and selling rubber bridge bearings to (sub-)contractors. Engineering and selling shock and anti-vibration mounts, rubber and SS expansion joints to: OEM, shipbuilding industry, foodproduction devices en chemical plants.
Responsabilities: Marketing, sales, purchase and engineering. Sales just in the Netherlands, purchasing in Europe, Brazil, USA, Asia, India, Taiwan, Turkey, China.
Experience: MS Office ( word, Excel, access, powerpoint, outlook), making a businessplan, negociating with banks, Chamber of Commerce, (INCOTERMS), projectplanning, Running all things related to a company

1989 – 1995 Accountmanager.
Tasks: expanding contacts and sales with large accounts (e.g.. Hoogovens, AKZO) , static and dynamic seals, valves, industrial hoses, rubber and plastics engineering)
Preparing direct mails together with productmanagers. Giving lectures. Preparing specific exhibitions ( e.g. industrial maintenance), mede Initiate specific issues , e.g. “shock and vibration control”
Tuning salesorders with inbound sales dept., productmanagement, purchase and logistics.
Responsibilities: Sales target for large accounts, rsponsible for salesbudget. Making quotations and negotiate for contracts, responsible to vice CEO

1985 – 1989 Manager inbound sales.
Tasks: marketing of pmc’s (e.g.. contractors, sewage water installations) specific engineering plastics, e.g oil- and fat deviders, sand and water deviders, sewage water systems.
Managing 3 inbound sales engineers, sales by telephone, making quotations, booking orders, making invoices, conferencing with calculation dept., pre- production.
Responsibilities: next to CEO, total sales and salesbudget

1979 – 1985 Manager production unit, pcb’s for telephone devices.
Tasks: running 3 production units , Total of 75 employees , manufacturing printed cicuit boards (PCB). Direct contacts with: departments: Planning, calculation (TEO), logistics, material resourceplanning, quality, purchase, sales.
Responsabilities: production according MRP, running 3 production units, planning of production and delivery in accordance to above mentioned departments
Direct responsible to vice CEO.
Experience: MRP, Master Resource Planning 1 and 2, Statistics

1973 – 1979 Petty officer Weaponelectronics engineer.
Tasks: repair and maintenance of electronic guided weaponsystems e.g. radar
Responsabilities: managing two engineers, preventive maintenance and (urgent) repair of electronic devices and installations.
Experience: electronic- ad electrotechnical installations and devices, maintenance planning.
