multinational with the core-business of a world-wide logistical-, warehousemanagement- and supply chain partner for leading industries.In January started as Senior Buyer for implementing the discipline of procurement into one of the four BU’s (Logistics). Due to the results, an overall plan has been developed and implemented for the Benelux organization by setting up a backoffice department including ERP S/W, processes and managing serveral purchase improvement projects. In basic the above mentioned plan was targeted for translation of the salesdemand to logistical/purchase standards, registration, vendormanagement, international transparancy and reaching a higher level of purchase power.Below the line internal circumstances blocked the finalization of this extensive project.2000 – 2002 Division Purchase ManagerImplementing tailor-made data- and telecom communications solutions for enterprise business in the Netherlands and Belgium. The division was founded in 2000 by taking over 13 ‘small’ telecom companies with a total turnover of sales of 125 million euro. As Division Purchase Manager, I was responsible for purchasing and contracting the production products and services while during this preriod a central logistical organisation has to be established, also.Manageing the centralisation of the purchase discipline, advantages for synergy, productstandards, less quantity of suppliers and, so, establish concrete profits of contractconditions are the chritical challenges.

1994 – 2000 Purchase & Logistic Manager
My responsibilities as Purchase & Logistic Manager were:- purchasing and contracting all kind of telecomproducts and -services including the logistical handling, the warehousemanagement and the logistical-finance part of the projectadministration;- fleetowner management (75 cars);- facility.

1992 – 1994 Marketing Manager
A producer of fast moving consumer goods, canned preserves, for the home- and European (English) market.As Marketing Manager, I was responsible for a sales turnover of 25 million euro and a grow of about 20% of the five basic Dutch market related productgroups. Productdevelopments and -improvements were the tools for defense and enlarge the serveral marketsegments.

International transport and courierservice company. With the sales representative, a collective responsibility for the turnover of named customers in a particular area of the Netherlands. Other duties: after sales services and marketanalyses.
