Managing the daily operation (prioritise, analyse, interpretation of production numbers). Up keep of the relations file, and contacts, give policy-proceeding advise, attract new business in order to optimise turnover and profit, in charge of recruitment and selection of personnel, and the salaries within the company’s reward system. Stimulate and motivate workers, and hold performance interviews, and endorse educational training, keep track of absences and give advise on this. Update the Logistic Director in Franc of the current and the long-term business. Participate in the MT meetings, and advise them on the ongoing business. Have budget meetings, motivate investment suggestions and see to the implementation of it.
2006 – 2007 (interim management), Logistics Manager.
Managing and running of the product preparation 65 people, expedition, keeping check of the stock of the warehouses internal and external. Monitoring and guarding that the product (flowers) is handled properly, guaranteeing quality, and preparing shipment with the rightful documents, making sure that the internal and external procedure flows according the procedures
Controlling the receiving of goods in different locations, the picking process, and of all stock for the production process (counting and registration of transactions). Planning of the workload per day, based on the product planning that day.
Motivate, instruct, guide, stimulate personal to get optimum effect in the work continuity, in keeping in touch with department managers of the production departments, and find solution for problem that arise on the work floor

To hierarchic manage the transport department( 130 people ) in order to get effected results in this department like efficiency en effectiveness.
