- Responsible for all ICT spend (1.8 bln) within Europe, saving > 150 mln per annum. Responsible for team of 10 FTE in UK and Amsterdam and worldwide responsible for coordination of all IT project (regions Europe, USA, South America and Asia).
- Part of the of the IT outsourcing project (5 bln) as negotiator and part of the commercial core-team.
- Lead a value generation program to use our supplier base to generate value on the client side, eg. Offer our auto lease contract to offer the same conditions to our business customers
- Part of MT Procurement Europa. Results and experiences as part of the MT
- Help starting / organizing a Vendor Management organization for managing the IT outsourcing deal
- Implementing E-procurement tool Ariba (eRFX and Contract database)
- Category planning rolled out for more than 75 % of the spend
- SRM for the 50 most important suppliers
- Merge and change the UK en Amsterdam procurement department
- Outsourcing of low value and low risk procurement work
