In this role I am responsible for all outsource activities. Managing the outsourcing management team (5 members) and 1,5 FTE on operational level.

I was responsible for all co pack (outsource) activities within the Northern Europe region.
Scope portfolio: € 50 million spend, 500 SKU’s and 100 suppliers. I was a member of several core teams for New Product Development projects with regard to outsourcing and a member of European co pack management team.

1999 - 2001 Purchasing manager of raw materials and food ingredients.
Besides general purchase activities I was responsible (from a purchasing point of view) for all new product development projects (NPD) and outsourcing of projects related to glass jar products.

In this position I was responsible for the marketing and sales of Vitamin and mineral premixes within the UK.

1995 - 1999International sales/purchase representative.
Here, I was primarily responsible for the sales of functional ingredients in Western Europe (among others vitamin and mineral premixes) Beside sales I was also responsible for sales related purchase activities; sourcing of new products and suppliers (China, Japan, and USA) and maintenance of relationships with key principals).

1994 - 1995Financial advisor.

Before that, I was a trainee in Russia. During the first three months I succeeded in accomplishing a market survey in the area of meat additives and in the remaining months I translated data from the market survey into concrete sales results.
