Responsibility: develop € 20 MLN polymer business (PET, PP, PE, PVC).
Activities:
Responsible for creation, implementation of Annual Sales Plan
Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to management
Serve at the primary customer contact for technical and business issues
Liase with customer service representative covering the assigned territory to form an effective customer interface team with customers
Work closely with other functions (Credit, Technical Service, Logistics and Marketing) and Business Management as needed to ensure the smooth operation in responsible territory
Performance measures: Sales volume and turnover, profit, new business closed and forecast to close, on time payment, forecast accuracy, selling close to home, building customer loyalty over a wider customer base

Activities:
Pioneer and proactively approach potential customers via direct and tactical marketing; driving customer acquisition and retention
Define strategic plan, including tactics per channel, identifying areas of opportunities
Translation of strategic business plans in close cooperation with commercial and marketing management team
Successfully develop and implement a MS Access based CRM tool – Rolled out and utilized by office based account management team to share up-to-date customer information within Europe
Training and leadership Sales Assistants and Sales Administrator
To liaise / interact with all relevant internal departments to ensure the smooth transfer of Dureal Benelux and German customers to the Yara/Brenntag organization
Initiate and successfully complete competition and market share analysis of the German spot market
