2006 – 2006 Senior Buyer Project Procurement

Procurement of all specific materials related to off-shore pipe laying projects aswel as materials and special services needed at current conversion of a bulkship into pipe laying vessel at wharf in Rotterdam.

2001 - 2006 Manager Sourcing & Procurement

Responsible for sourcing and procurement for Utrecht facility Supply Chain Management, group of companies exists of four companies located in Finland Germany and Holland. Main products are machines for fluid/solid separation in Chemical and mining industry. Main task is the setting up of agreements with main suppliers where all aspects are covered as pricing, quality, quantities/series, delivery etc.

Also sourcing/resourcing is an important topic as parts, suppliers and usage are very different between the different companies within the group, so finding, creating of synergies is important.

2001 – 2004 Senior Buyer

Based on main projects buying, sourcing of all goods related to these projects with a wide range from raw material, to complete structure with pumps and tanks, mainly in stainless steel.

Outsourcing of frames, structures, sheet metalwork, piping, tanks etc.

1995 - 2001 Initial buyer “Steel Group”

Responsible for sourcing, possible resourcing of all parts within the “Steel group”. Strategic level.

Responsible for cost down / improvement projects within field of expertise, in this job main goal was to achieve financial improvements but also in combination with engineering and production engineering improving the output of the production, this as total output was targeted to grow constantly, without relative increasing cost.

As a purchaser responsible for buying in and abroad of “monoparts” in steel and assembled parts as gearboxes, drivelines, assembled chassis, axles.

As a purchaser responsible for part of total package, setting up of project to come to

agreements in which all aspects are agreed upon so that call off of parts would be easier, and faster, to improve stock rates and service to customers.
