During this period I have successfully finalized several tenders regarding mobile products with for the company new suppliers within Taiwan. Also involved in the role-out of new UMTS network in tunnelling projects.

2007- 2007 Sr. Strategic Buyer
Responsible for the purchase department within the divisions T&T and IS. During my working period I have successfully negotiated several large projects. Especially the project MOBZ which involves the reconstruction of 4 sluices in Zeeland. Next to this all I have started implementing new strategies en working methods and a new way of administration valuable procurement- and market information.

2004 - 2006 Sr. Strategic Buyer
- As strategic IT buyer with commercial responsibilities in several projects as Super dome computer for Gulf of Mexico, Knowledge management tool, disaster recovery systems Australia and New Zealand, Global maintenance hardware and the roll-out of global printer usage and maintenance.
- Responsible for Core- and non-core procurement negotiations. Node housing, constructors, marketing- and communications, facility management, travel, insurances, lease cars, telecommunications and maintenance and services. Also as trouble shooter regarding several projects.
- Responsible for negotiations and contracting of new suppliers. The largest contract is the outsourcing of facilities and postal room. Smaller contracts as logistics, data mining, marketing and sales related projects.
- Responsible for contracting Travel, IT hosting platform, IT Software, Network maintenance and marketing activities. Initiated two new procurement processes for technical en commercial inbound- and outbound call centre activities for the Belgium branch.

1999 - 2004 Sr. Purchaser
The responsibility the strategic purchasing of goods and services and the contract negotiation and contract management. In 2003 I was promoted to Procurement Analyst with the responsibility of analyzing and drawing up the procurement processes. Next to this I have been appointed as a business expert in the procurement field, to the process and quality board. I represent procurement, in the steering committee “project management” and was not only responsible for process improvements, efficiency and financial savings, but I was also accountable for the success that the procurement department fully passed the ISO audit.

1997 - 1999 Sr. Purchaser
As a senior buyer responsible for the marine purchasing, warehousing and logistics. I have had a substantial role in project teams, such as millennium, quality, IT and R & D. My personal success is the major reduction of stock and the first time completion has passed the 95% and the relationship with the suppliers has substantially been improved. I am also accountable for the procurement part in the development of new products and semi-products. In this field I have succeeded in major costs reductions and bringing back the amount of technical failures.

1993 - 1997 Sr. Purchaser
As Office-Manager I was responsible for the purchasing and logistics of raw materials goods and services and the sales front office. I was also appointed as trouble shooter and successfully analyzed the warehousing and logistics and changed processes when needed which leaded to a larger efficiency and an improvement of costs control.

1979 - 1993 Office Manager
With the responsibility for procurement, postal- and archive department, facilities, reception and office maintenance. I have set out working procedures and policies and my personal success as a member of the management team was that I have substantially contributed to the extension of business and building out the organization up to 80 people.
