Responsible for the reorganization and restructuring of purchase management and logistics management for the present and new organization, all investments and management for the new building Hospital in Hoofddorp. November 1999 – June 2002 Purchasing & Logistics Manager
Responsible for the purchasing, car fleet, post office and archive departments. Independent purchaser of the major suppliers. Also responsible the internal re-organization of the departments, starting up, executing, supervise and coaching of the regional purchase management, procedures and internal logistics (procurement). Direct a project-team for automation of the purchase process for the total region (9 locations). Member of the MT and interregional co-operation team, for European spending and purchasing management. Managing 9 employees.
August 1998 – November 1999 Manager Procurement
Responsible for all purchase activities for the two companies. Independent purchaser of all materials such as commodities, fabrics, chemicals, electric’s as well national as international. Also responsible for the internal reorganization of the purchase and financial department. Starting up and executing of the purchase management, procedures, policy formulation and internal logistics. Project manager of the automation project-team. Managing 6 employees. Additional job: changing of the total internal structure, synergism, communication and attitude of the internal organization.
April 1992 – July 1998 Purchasing / Procurement Agent
Responsible for the independent purchasing of goods, project’s and services in reference of investments and exploitation, leasing, installation-, and mechanical projects, national and international. Starting up and managing of the procurement re-engineering project local and international. Making contracts for suppliers as well for short as long running projects. Informing, assisting and managing of the internal client about internal procedures and policy formulation. Member of the automation project-team and responsible for the purchasing module MRP/ERP implementation. I have affected and give lessons in the purchase automation. Managing 2 employees.

Responsible for apply and analyze quotations. Calculate, purchasing and planning of internal and external orders.
May 1988 - September 1990 Commercial & technical employee
Responsible for starting up, manage and complete projects. Running computer assemble line’s and logistics. National and international. Purchasing, refurbish and sales of computer hardware and mainframes. Managing 10 employees.
