Developer and manufacturer of professional cameras. I did a graduation project concerning a research to prices of camera spare-parts. The project was divided in an internal and an external research. The internal research was mentioned to make clear the internal price building. The external research included a competitor’s analyses and interviews with some customers. The conclusion was that Philips has a higher price level of camera spare-parts compared to their competitors due to a centralization of the warehouses.

A company specialized in building hospitals. I did a graduation project about certification according to ISO 9001. The project involved the making of the contents for a Quality Manual. Besides this, the Manual had to be filled for about 60%. By interviewing the people working at b&t all the processes were made clear.
