Main activities and responsibilities
- Purchase of technical infrastructure, services and projects: Responsible for redaction of commercial part of RFQ’s, review of the technical parts, creation of an evaluation model, ( with all involved players), evaluation consolidation, recommendation to Management, negotiation with the short-listed suppliers, building of a 5 to 7 years TCO model, negotiation, Contract redaction (including SLA; performance management and penalty clauses). Management of the commercial relation with the selected supplier has recently been handed over to other purchasing group within the company.
Projects are technically complex, purchasing process lasts between 6 and 18 months, purchased platforms and services are strategic and critical nd have an operational life beyond 5 years. Several projects involve a 5 years TCO above 15 million Eur.
SS 7, switching infra , intelligent network systems, network management systems; IT infra, IT hosting, IT storage, Network and IT security, outsourcing projects together with all related services.
- Creation, negotiation and implementation of contracts linked to global sourcing agreements or standalone. Means teamwork involving legal and technical departments. As a consequence, I consolidate pertinent local data about the supplier and take part in the FT Group evaluation process.
- Signatory powers for contracts with Line Manager up to 1 Mio EUR, unlimited for purchase orders.
- Teamwork and people management is exclusively influenci ng in a non-hierarchical and transverse mode.
- Management reporting is limited to a monthly statement of accomplishments.

Main activities and responsibilities: Install and implement ERP financial modules with direct interaction with consultants and end-users in charge of the other installed modules (logistics and manufacturing)
Daily interactions with the project leader and Customer’s management.
User training for the financial modules. Customisation of installed modules.
