Creation of business-blueprint for facility services. This including budget, cash planning, facility service review (cost reduction) and contract management.

For this hosting product several parties needed to be contracted. o Temp. PoP-site Paris. Due to a delay with construction of 10000sqm datacenter in Paris a temporary datacenter needed to be constructed. o Examine outsourcing possibilities for Customer Care. Project terminated after RFP.
