To advise on the cost managing the required expansion in IT Services and Grid Capacity for the major financial markets trading & risk systems. Participation in FM steering board.
Oct 2007 – March 2008 Wholesale Equity Markets IT) Project lead for conducting a feasibility study on external hosting of trading and order routing applications.
The project entails a redraft of the architecture and the vendor selection & RFP on Hosting and Networks, a Managed Market Data platform and the selection of data feeds/direct exchange access. Hand over of results and contract to IT project organisation and for final implementation.
2006 – Sept 2007 Interim manager function as the Chief engineer (Energy trading).
Responsible for coordination of multiple critical IT projects towards the business. Initiates projects and innovation in order to improve the current IT landscape in conjunction with lead architect, CIO and business support manager.

• MasterCard outsourcing bid, vendor management and deal preparation for the 3rd parties that will support X in its bid for the MasterCard network. Deal value > 50 Mio Euro.
• Preparation for the X outsourcing bid.
• Advisor to the Purchase Excellence programme at its Business unit “Connectivity” and redefining purchase strategy and KPI’s.

• Advise on improving the SAP contract administration to allow for better reporting and analyses.

• Managing the back-log in administration within the operational procurement team and eventual handover to the central procurement administration.

• Extending and managing the procurement strategy for Banking Information services.
