Tasks:
Perform the daily tasks for the Nobilon account, order-processing in SAP, requesting certifcates and documents with the supplier, request price quotations and create agreements (for the Sourcing Manager) with the supplier, perform data management in SAP (PIR, prices, etc), processing the invoice differences.
Projects: reduction of returned invoices (and implementation of structural improvements) reducing of volume of invoices, reduction of handling time etc, New Item procedure (initiate sourcing involvement in an earlier stage, reduce incorrect requests, reduce incomplete requests etc)

Planner production and orderdesk
Tasks:
Take-over the daily order-desk tasks, be the back-up for the current production planner, participate in improvement projects, create new improvements and create workinstructions.
