• Increased appreciation for Contracting & Procurement (CP) function within IT community, resulting in improved discipline and compliance to CP governance, including establishing a Contract Board.
• Managed the transition from a SEOP to a more centralized Shell IT procurement model and associated processes and coached local CP staff and IT community on implementing it.

- Advised Vopak senior management in defining procurement strategies, processes and organization for the global Chemicals Distribution, Tank Storage and Shipping businesses.
- Carried out spend analysis and facilitated identification, prioritization, planning and implementation of (quick) savings opportunities of ca. $20mln.
- Presented findings, transferred knowledge, trained client staff and managed change through procurement workshops in Europe, Asia and US.

• Developed a business valuation model, IT cost model, Electricity pricing model, etc. for various clients
