• Wrote plan for Pan European Purchasing of Chiron organization to set up centralized purchasing through Flexible Cross Functional Purchasing Teams. Implementation time within 1 year with an estimated cost saving of 10 million Euro.
• Negotiated Pan European lease agreement for desktop computers and lab tops for all European sites which resulted in saving of € 35.000,= and 115 man hours due to outsourcing installation of desktop image.
