• Implementation and maintenance of the Bill of Material (databank of packaging, food ingredients and raw materials related to 750 consumer products) used by procurement, budgeting, planning and production
• Liaising role between purchasing, planning and production through the implementation of Material Requirement Planning (tool for continuous forecasting on sales and production needs
• Efficiency improvement of the working process and cost reduction (10%) of the CHEP rent pallet system(spent 2500K€/year)
