The rules that apply for users of this website are established in the underlying house rules. Every time you get into contact with us you will be reminded of these rules.

1. Usage of the database is explicitly and exclusively for the purpose of bringing the demand and supply of procurement specialist together or any closely related activities. By using our site and database you declare not to participate in any activities that could potentially harm the name or activities of TopBUYers BV.
2. In case we observe that our website or database is used for other purposes then TopBUYers has every right to contact the ministry of justice, where TopBUYers BV has the exclusive right to interpretation.
3. If you fail to adhere to our house rules than TopBUYers has the right to freeze or terminate your membership immediately without prior knowledge.

Privacy.

1. TopBUYers BV handles in correspondence with the Dutch law of protecting personal information (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens). Your personal details are safe at TopBUYers. We never share your personal details with a third party without your knowledge and confirmation. In the unlikely case that people us the site or database for other purposes than we have the right to share your personal information with the ministry of Justice.
2. When leaving the TopBUYers site by clinking on a link to another website please take into account that the privacy rules of TopBUYers BV no longer hold.

Rules of conduct.

1. All information that you enter must be honest, clear, accurate and not misleading but at the same time it must provide enough details.
2. All information that you enter is under your own responsibility.

Liability.

1. Using the TopBUYers website means you have to comply with all the relevant rules and regulations
