TopBUYers offers candidates the opportunity to send their CV in PDF/Word format to client companies by email. After candidates have been introduced to the client company it is not allowed for both parties to commit themselves to a work relation by bypassing TopBUYers for a period of 1 year. Failing to adhere to this condition will result in a fine of €6,500 per offence plus any other resulting damage from this action. In case one of the candidates has already applied to the specific vacancy or if the candidate has already been introduced to the client company by another bureau for the specific vacancy than the above must be cancelled within one working day (24 hours) after both parties have been introduced by us. This can be done by sending us an email or fax.
