After finishing his study International Logistics and Transport Management at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Venlo, he worked as a purchaser for a meat processing company. Since 2005 he works for TopBUYers, where he started as a recruiter. During the following years Mark developed his skills in the recruitment branch by gaining experience and following trainings.
At the moment he works as a Senior Consultant.

Frank has been active in over 20 years of employment. Started as manager of a small installation company. After 1 years, this did not bring what he expected and he worked as a logistics assistant and buyer at Nedcar and DSM. At Polec he started his career as a labor mediator for Technical staff. First Ass. Projectmanager and quickly became plant manager off Venlo en later Maastricht. When Polec in 1996 was acquired by Unique Frank has decided to continue as an independent. Started under his own name with a specialty providing Purchasing Professionals. In 2002 he renamed it in TopBUYers.

Peter Pels, 50 years of age and working for TopBUYers since the beginning of 2007 as a Senior Consultant. Because Peter lives in the beautiful region of Drenthe, he focuses on the northern area of the Netherlands. Before Peter joined TopBUYers he worked numerous years as HRM advisor for Yarden. Before that he worked for the ministry of defence in various functions in the catering industry. Recently Peter discovered another hobby next to TopBUYers, his own vineyard. Since 2005 he owns a hectare of land with wine plants and makes real Drentse land wine.
